Proceedings will be included on CD for all attendees by request when registering. Printed proceedings will be available by pre-order only, and must be paid for when registering. Beginning October 19, all notes will be available to view and print on the internet.

Recycling stations for bottles, cans, and paper will be located throughout the Convention Center. Additionally, there will be water coolers in the classrooms – bring a reusable water bottle with you to take full advantage of these.
